The Granite Group seeks a Showroom Sales Associate to join our Sink & Spout showroom. You will exceed customer expectations with product knowledge and superior service, meet monthly sales and gross profit goals, and support company targets.

The role is full-time, with salary plus commission and potential evenings/weekends. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, meeting with customers, preparing quotes, maintaining specs, and following up on quotes to close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Demonstrated showroom sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors by phone and in person in a friendly, professional manner.
• Meet with and sell to Sink & Spout customers (contractors, builders, designers, homeowners).
• Aim to meet sales and gross profit goals and assist company targets.
• Prepare and distribute quotes for projects.
• Maintain Specbooks for customers.
• Follow up on all quotes until a sale is closed or rejected.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
• Keep customers updated on order status.
