Job summary

West Shore Home in Virginia Beach is seeking a Bath Remodeler to join our Virginia Beach team. This full-time role focuses on delivering five-star shower installations and bath remodel experiences to customers, reporting to the Installation Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the warehouse, load trucks and travel to customers' homes.
• Greet customers, establish rapport and perform controlled demolition of tub/shower area.
• Install new tub/shower pan and acrylic surround; complete plumbing updates as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail and clean up customer’s home after installation.
• Collect required signed documents and payment and return to the warehouse.
• Follow schedule from 6:30 AM with standard hours Monday–Friday; location varies by job.
