Job summary
Westside Shower & Bath in the Atlanta metro area is seeking experienced Bath Installers to join our growing team. You’ll install acrylic bath and shower systems and manage remodeling projects from start to finish.
This role offers pay based on performance — 12%–15% of the total job cost — with earning potential increasing as you complete more projects. Reliable transportation and pride in workmanship are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred.
- Proficient with construction tools and installation techniques.
- Ability to read measurements and perform accurate installations.
- Experience with carpentry and trim work.
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems.
- Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work.
- Complete carpentry and trim work as needed.
- Handle basic plumbing tasks when required.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Document jobs with photos and records.
