Job summary

Westside Shower & Bath in the Atlanta Metro Area is seeking experienced Bath Installers. This role offers competitive, percentage-based pay: 12%–15% of each total job cost.

You’ll install acrylic bath and shower systems, complete remodeling from start to finish, and uphold our quality standards on every project. Candidates should have bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation experience, read measurements accurately, and work independently with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and installation techniques.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship.
• Basic plumbing knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
• Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing as needed
• Ensure installations meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Protect customer property during installation
• Complete job documentation and installation photos
