Job summary

Westside Shower & Bath is seeking experienced Bath Installers to join our growing team in the Atlanta metro area. We install acrylic bath and shower systems and manage remodeling projects from start to finish.

Earn 12%–15% of the total job cost based on experience and performance. We offer consistent remodeling work, strong product support, and a team that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of carpentry and trim work.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
• Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Protect customer property throughout the installation process
• Complete job documentation and installation photos

What You'll Do

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
• Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners

What We’re Looking For
