Westside Shower & Bath in the Atlanta metro area is seeking experienced Bath Installers to join the growing team. You will install acrylic bath and shower systems and manage remodeling projects from start to finish.

We offer competitive pay based on a percentage of total job cost (12%–15%), with earnings tied to quality and volume. Reliable transportation and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and installation techniques.
• Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations.
• Experience with carpentry and trim work.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
• Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Protect customer property throughout the installation process
• Complete job documentation and installation photos
