P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a dedicated installer to support exterior and interior remodeling projects in Wilmington, NC. You will measure spaces, prepare orders, and help develop labor estimates while ensuring quality and safety in every job.

In this role, you will interact directly with homeowners, coordinate with crew members, and maintain a neat work site. The position requires physical stamina and reliable punctuality.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing support experience and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Proficiency in taking accurate measurements and creating labor estimates.
• Ability to communicate with customers and crew to resolve issues.
• Commitment to safety and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy and measure.
• Provide face-to-face, phone and email support to customers.
• Accurately measure products, complete orders, and estimate labor.
• Communicate with customers and crew to resolve conflicts.
• Explain the installation process to customers.
• Monitor installations to ensure quality and service.
• Assist with lifting materials up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and vehicle.
