Job summary

Azria Health Park Place is seeking a DAY CNA/Bath Aide (6 am - 2 pm) with every other weekend. The successful candidate will provide direct care per the resident plan and support bathing/showering in the Bath House, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

Des Moines, IA location; must have current CNA certification and strong communication skills. Full-time offers a $1000 sign-on bonus; part-time offers $500. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan- Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes- Train to perform the Customer Care Liaison duties- Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion.
• This position works in the Bath House assisting residents and patients with scheduled bathing and/or showering. Prep and retrieve patients from their room and return them when finished. Stay highly detail oriented, task driven and organized, and stay on schedule. Other duties include skin checks and weights, and being pulled to the floor as a CNA when needed.

Even better.... we have a $1000.00 Sign On Bonus for FT and $500 for PT for this position!
