Job summary

Pine Acres Rehabilitation in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated Bath Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities and providing personal care during 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and other equipment

• Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake

• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake accordingly

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Iowa (required)

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (not required)

• Kind, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Passion for caring for seniors and helping them thrive

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
