Adept Rehab and Nursing of Midtown, formerly The Cypress at Midtown, is hiring a Bath Aide / CNA to provide direct bathing and personal hygiene services. This full-time role supports residents’ comfort, well-being, and dignity, with daily assignments focused on bathing routines and mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bathing services for residents as scheduled.
• Assist with grooming and personal hygiene tasks.
• Support residents with transfers and mobility during bathing routines.
• Monitor and report skin conditions or health changes to nursing staff.
• Clean and disinfect bathing areas and equipment per infection control protocols.
• Participate in resident assessments and individualized care planning.
• Provide additional CNA support as needed throughout the unit or facility.
• Maintain documentation of care provided and follow care policies.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 7a-3:30p

This Bath Aide / CNA role has a designated daily assignment focused onbathing and personal hygiene services. You’ll provide direct care that enhances residents’ comfort, well-being, and dignity, and contribute to overall care planning and team support.

Responsibilities of a Bath Aide / CNA:

• Perform daily bathing services for residents as scheduled
• Assist with grooming and personal hygiene tasks, including oral care, hair care, and skincare
• Support residents with transfers and mobility related to bathing routines
• Monitor and report skin conditions or health changes to nursing staff
• Clean and disinfect bathing areas and equipment per infection control protocols
• Participate in resident assessments and individualized care planning
• Provide additional CNA support as needed throughout the unit or facility
• Maintain documentation of care provided and comply with all care policies

Qualifications and Skills of a Bath Aide / CNA:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Nebraska
