Job summary

Adept Rehab and Nursing of Omaha, formerly The Banyan at Montclair, is seeking compassionate Certified Medication Aides / CNAs to join our skilled nursing team.

If you are passionate about quality care, you will assist residents with ADLs, administer medications safely, and monitor changes in health under guidance.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or in the process of becoming certified.
• Active Nebraska Certified Medication Aide certification or in the process of becoming certified.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medications safely and accurately as directed by licensed nursing staff.
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition.
• Document care and medication administration per facility policy.
• Answer call lights and provide compassionate resident-centered care.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.
