Henkel is seeking a Processing Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM) with overtime potential and a $4.00 shift differential. You will batch soaps and detergents, operate equipment, and move materials using a forklift as part of the Consumer Brands team.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, coordinating with packaging lines, and complying with GMPs and SOPs. This role supports 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of current manufacturing experience.
• Previous batching experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate math and computer skills.
• Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Previous forklift operation and teamwork-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Batch soaps and detergent products to supply packaging lines.
• Operate equipment to perform batching tasks and rotate to different areas.
• Receive/handle chemical raw materials and operate a forklift.
• Complete written documentation and data entry.
• Communicate with packaging lines and support teams.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs.
• Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.
