Job summary

Henkel is seeking a 3rd shift production/operator role in its Consumer Brands unit. You will rotate between operating equipment on production lines and in shipping/receiving to meet production demands, while ensuring safe operation and timely quality checks.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, forklift familiarity, and the ability to adapt and learn new skills. Includes shift differential and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with operating equipment.
• Willingness to participate in High-Performance Systems (HPS) activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between operating equipment on production and shipping and receiving to support operational needs.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely following procedures.
• Complete quality checks and downtime entry using a computer.
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Backfill outages in specific areas as needed.
• Provide feedback to maintain appropriate work behaviors.
