DrinkPAK, LLC seeks a Batching Technician to join our Fort Worth beverage manufacturing facility. You will weigh, mix and prepare batch recipes, pre‑weigh blends, and document lot numbers with accuracy.

The role requires strict adherence to GMPs, safety, and quality standards, plus forklift operation for material handling. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in food/beverage manufacturing, basic math skills, and the ability to follow detailed SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in food/beverage manufacturing, production or blending is a plus.
• Experience in high‑speed manufacturing, bottling or packaging preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes/SOPs with basic math for measurements.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards (training available).
• Basic computer skills and data entry are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients per recipes.
• Pre‑weigh blends and liquefy components for beverage prep.
• Document lot numbers, quantities and expiration dates on formulas per regs.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers.
• Operate an electric forklift following safety procedures.
• Maintain GMP adherence, safety rules, and good housekeeping.
• Complete hourly inspection sheets and support other areas as needed.
