Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Batching Supervisor to join the Stockton plant. You will support the Batching Manager in daily operations, ensure safety, quality and throughput, and prepare lines for changeovers.

You will coach team members, manage shift staffing, and coordinate with HR on recruitment and performance reviews. Responsibilities include inventory checks, first-pass quality on changeovers, and maintaining traceability across batches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years in the position.
• Minimum 4 years experience managing people or projects.
• Preferred 6 years in field or similar environment.
• Preferred 6 years in position and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily batching operations to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Coordinate with Batching Manager and communicate line status across shifts.
• Prepare lines for scheduled changeovers and verify BOM and quality checks.
• Support with production reports and downtime analysis.
• Ensure GMP and food safety compliance on all shifts.
