Select Custom Solutions in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Batcher - Forklift Driver to operate in our warehouse and ensure accurate batching and material handling. This role requires following SOPs, reading ingredient details, and moving bags up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Follows Standard Operating Procedures for batching.
• Reads ingredients and counts bags per pallet.
• Operates forklifts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Batch ingredients according to SOPs and batch records.
• Keep warehouse organized and scanned locations updated.
• Assist with paperwork and documentation for batching processes.
• Coordinate with Quality and Supervisors on ingredient requests and batch quantities.
