Alene Candles LLC is seeking a Batch Technician I for FIRST shift at our Milford, NH facility. The role involves following batch sheets, weighing components, and producing wax batches for fill lines to support ongoing production.
The position is full-time on-site with a 3:00 am - 1:00 pm schedule, Monday–Thursday, with potential overtime during busy seasons. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, split into two payments after 90 days of service.

The Hours
The hours for this position are 3:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday - Thursday, although the start time may vary depending on the needs of the business.
During our busy season we anticipate there being some Overtime available. Busy season is happening now and we anticipate it running through October. The final two weeks of the year, we are shut down for the holidays and inventory. During this time we cannot guarantee full time hours for our employees.
The Pay
The Batch Technician I position pays $24.00/hour.
In addition, we are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus, split into two payments. The first payment of $1,000 will be included in your first paycheck, and the final $1,000 payment will be paid in your first check after completing 90 days of service.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands to handle or touch, reach, talk, hear, and smell. The employee may be required to kneel, crouch, sit, climb, or balance. The employee may lift and/or move up to more than 50 pounds with assistance. Employees need to be able to stand for 8-10 hours. The employee needs to be able to do repetitive lifting motions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and aromas. The employee is occasionally exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
