Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in food or beverage manufacturing, preferably in high-volume production.
• Lead or informal team leader experience in a batch room or similar operation.
• Hands-on experience in SQF (or equivalent GFSI) facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily batch room operations, including task assignments, workflow, and execution on the floor.
• Conduct and ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and staging of ingredients according to formulations and batch sheets.
• Operate and support batching equipment, including mixing tanks, homogenizers, heat exchangers, and related systems.
• Perform and/or oversee automatic CIP cycles and other cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Review and verify batch records, documentation, and traceability logs for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strict adherence to GMPs, SQF standards, food safety requirements, and sanitation protocols.
