Job summary

Ourvita in Minnesota seeks a Batch Record Coordinator to ensure timely closure of production batch records, review documentation, reconcile material usage, and maintain compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to obtain missing information, verify data, and ensure records are closed on schedule. Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Strong data analysis and discrepancy identification abilities.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel in a GMP environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete production batch records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify documentation, approvals, and data entries before batch closure.
• Reconcile scrap quantities with production records, inventory, and counts.
• Investigate discrepancies in material usage and batch documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Inventory teams.
