CAM Industrial Solutions LLC is seeking a safety‑minded manufacturing operator to join our team in a collaborative environment.

You will review daily production schedules, ensure materials are available, operate reactors and material handling equipment, and maintain batch records in SAP while upholding quality standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience with systems, pumps, read meters, quality data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments).
• 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, pH tests).
• 1 year of experience mixing several tanks and accurately completing related documents.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and ensure raw materials required are available.
• Follow process instructions and accurately add raw materials to reactors.
• Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality; report any out-of-spec materials and consult Quality personnel on batch adjustments.
• Properly clean reactors.
• Operate forklifts, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment.
• Transfer product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums, etc.
• Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance; manage Autonomous Maintenance activities.
• Understand and perform LOTO (Lock/Out, Tag/Out).
• Complete batch information in SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
