Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Analyst, Batch Processing to support delivery of transactional and batch data for internal and external clients. The role requires 0–2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with regular virtual tasks and in-person collaboration at a TU office location for a minimum of two days per week, supporting data extraction, validation, and reporting for client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or related field with academic excellence.
• Strong focus on service excellence and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Ability to work independently and within a team; strong planning abilities.
• Willingness to work US timings; proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver batch order fulfilment service with quality outputs.
• Perform pre-validations and coordinate with engagement and sales teams.
• Produce high-quality outputs within specified turnaround times.
• Validate batch fulfilment system setup and data extraction/ cleansing/ validation.
• Review and process work requests using internal tools to meet requirements.
• Ensure input data quality to achieve a high match rate.
• Demonstrate business and product understanding; identify process improvements.
• Adhere to documented processes and assist in reviews; meet KPIs.
