Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a data-focused professional to translate business requirements into system-ready solutions across teams. You will analyze data and program outputs, ensure accuracy, and support the lifecycle of batch fulfillment systems.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design repeatable configurations, identify efficiency gains, and maintain timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. A degree or equivalent experience, plus 1–3 years in related roles, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in data analysis, programming, batch fulfillment systems, or related coursework
• Ability to analyze moderate to complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning
• Working knowledge of legal, compliance, and business rules
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and translate customer and business requirements into system-ready solutions
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and operational partners
• Analyze data, test results, and program outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with needs
• Develop, configure, and execute design concepts, code standards, and test plans
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve processing issues with proper documentation
• Collaborate to translate process designs into repeatable system configurations
• Maintain timely delivery of programs in a fast-paced environment
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
• Apply software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices
