Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing production‑quality software in Java or similar language.
• Knowledge of object‑oriented design, data structures, and SDLC.
• Experience with unit testing, source control (Git), and CI practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Write and review portions of detailed specifications for components of moderate complexity.
• Design, implement, and maintain batch processing components and scheduled jobs.
• Translate product requirements into software designs and code with other engineers.
• Apply best practices including unit testing, code reviews, documentation, and quality standards.
• Resolve moderately complex bugs through analysis and debugging.
• Operate in an Agile development environment with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Stay current with batch processing, data pipelines, and extensible systems.
