Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years batching-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions.
• Willingness to follow safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to mix designs and orders.
• Operate batching equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Produce in-spec concrete and deliver to customers.
• Maintain and inspect plant equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Record time and materials; manage tickets.
• Test moisture, yield, and adjust mixes as needed.
• Keep accurate records of production.
