Overview

This position is primarily responsible for batching concrete (using COMMAND) for the trucks to deliver to the specified job sites.

Qualifications/Job Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of experience in the construction/mining/concrete industry (Helpful)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Use the COMMAND batching system to prepare concrete batches according to mix design and dispatch loads to meet customer requirements.
• Receive and schedule concrete orders, communicate with drivers for accurate and timely deliveries.
• Monitor incoming materials, payroll, truck scheduling, and compile production reports.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Report customer and operational issues to management promptly.
• Assist in scheduling personnel, call-ins, equipment, and raw material deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Support safety policies, assist with housekeeping, and materials support at the plant.
