Job description

This position is primarily responsible for batching concrete (using COMMAND) for the trucks to deliver to the specified job sites.

Qualifications/Job Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of experience in the construction/mining/concrete industry (Helpful)

The main duties include using the COMMAND batching system to prepare concrete batches according to mix design and dispatching loads to meet customer requirements.

• Receive and schedule concrete orders from customers and coordinate with drivers for accurate and timely deliveries.
• Monitor incoming materials, payroll, truck scheduling, and compile/publish periodic production reports.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Communicate customer and operational issues to management promptly.
• Assist in scheduling personnel, call-ins, equipment, raw material deliveries, etc., to meet customer needs.
• Support safety and policy initiatives at the plant and division, assist with housekeeping, and provide materials support for the plant.
