Job summary

Quikrete Lanett plant in Alabama is seeking a Batch Plant Operator. As a Batchman you will oversee daily production of wet and dry batch products and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production needs, managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and performing plant inspections and maintenance. We offer hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of industrial, mechanical or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment, e.g., forklifts.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Manage inventory, coordinate schedules, order supplies, parts and raw materials.
• Perform plant inspections, repair and maintenance.
