Quikrete is seeking a Batchman for our Gunter, TX plant. You will oversee daily production of wet and dry batch products, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role requires attention to detail, strong coordination, and hands-on material handling.

Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, ordering supplies, and performing routine plant inspections and maintenance. A high school diploma or GED and forklift experience are required to succeed in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, etc.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Manage inventory, coordinate schedules, and order supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Perform plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.
