Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to join our team in Conshohocken, PA, with travel to Malvern, PA as needed. This role supports batching operations, inspections, and documentation to ensure quality and safety across locations.

You will handle loading, forklift operation, and routine maintenance while adhering to Silvi and OSHA standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; opportunities for career growth are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some technical, vocational or education preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations helpful
• Meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Basic concrete knowledge
• Familiar with WINDOWS (basic applications), Internet, basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Operate the concrete batching process to ensure correct aggregates and proportions are added to meet specifications.
• Perform daily plant inspections and basic maintenance; assist with loading and forklift operations.
• Document all incoming materials daily and maintain proper records.
• Interface with QC, drivers, dispatch, and sales to ensure product meets specs.
• Participate in ongoing plant improvements and ensure compliance with OSHA/State regulations.
