Job summary

Silvi Materials in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a Batch Plant Operator. You will be assigned to a home plant and may fill in at other locations; travel to Malvern may be required.

Responsibilities include daily plant inspections, batching operations, material documentation, safety adherence, and coordination with QC, Drivers, Dispatch and sales. Must maintain compliance and support plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some technical, vocational or education preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations helpful
• Meet or exceed company safety standards
• Basic concrete knowledge

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete batching process to ensure correct aggregates, cement, additives, and water proportions.
• Conduct daily plant inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Operate loader and forklift as needed; manage batching process.
• Ensure proper documentation of incoming materials daily.
• Collaborate with QC, drivers, dispatch, and sales to meet specifications.
• Adhere to safety procedures and plant regulations; maintain site cleanliness.
