Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Batch Operators for a manufacturing company located in Blytheville, AR. These roles are contract to hire opportunities with rotating shifts.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, increasing to $22 per hour when hired on full time. Work schedule is a rotating 6am-6pm week and 6pm-6am the next week.

Responsibilities include verifying materials, batching, operating equipment, and maintaining quality records while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments and batching.
• Ability to operate and adjust production machinery.
• Experience operating sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed manufacturing formulas and procedures.
• Experience documenting production and quality control information.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw material identification and weights before batching.
• Process batches according to established formulas and procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment for safe operation.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and identify mechanical concerns.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Complete production line and equipment changeovers as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
