The ideal candidate will guide Batch Operators, ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets, and manage inventory transactions in SYSPRO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in blending batches of liquids and powders following batch work orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met throughout the tank farm area.
• Lead the Batch Operators, ensuring they are working safely with chemicals.
• Pulling and organizing materials necessary to produce finished good batches.
• Training/developing Batch Operators.
• Performing inventory transactions in SYSPRO to ensure chemicals are allocated properly and inventory is accurate.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials around the warehouse as needed.
• Duties may change at any time with or without notice.
