PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a Batch Operator to join our on-site team in Manchester, TN. The role focuses on batching powders and liquids, operating production equipment, and maintaining quality paperwork.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read recipes and weights. We value good communication, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to read recipes, weights and measures.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective team leadership capabilities.
• Forklift operation; certification a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Blend batches of powders and liquids per sheets and SOPs; weigh and measure ingredients.
• Operate machines, pumps, mixers, and packaging equipment.
• Perform routine quality testing and document production data.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble and set up equipment; make light adjustments.
• Pull and organize materials for production.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and help improve efficiency.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete safety training and follow safe work practices.
