Job summary

Custom Building Products in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Batch Operator to be the first step in our quality process. You will blend products precisely, prepare equipment, and process materials to meet daily production goals in a safety‑conscious environment.

This 1st shift position (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) offers competitive wages plus benefits and potential pay increases after 90 days based on performance, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

No college degree required, High School Diploma or GED accepted.
Experience with batch blending and following production formulas preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions precisely.
Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.
Willingness to use a respirator and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

Follow formulas and production instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers according to specs.
Operate mixing/blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaners.
Maintain accurate batch logs and shift handoff records.
Assist with packaging and material handling as needed.
Comply with safety procedures and OSHA requirements, report unsafe conditions.
