Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC is hiring a Batch Operator for our Lithia Springs, GA plant. You will be the first step in the quality process, blending products accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.

This 1st shift role (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) includes overtime as needed. You will collaborate with Production and Maintenance, maintain detailed records, and follow OSHA safety guidelines to keep the operation efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work orders and complex instructions.
• Experience operating automated mixing equipment.
• Possession of or ability to obtain forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with QC.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaners.
• Maintain batch logs and production records; keep shift handoff documentation.
• Assist with packaging and material handling as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
