Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Production Operator to support batch mixing and equipment-cleaning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary role pays $29 per hour and follows a 12-hour graveyard schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, working four days on and four days off.

Responsibilities include cleaning mixers and vessels, enabling smooth changeovers, maintaining records, and following safety and 5S procedures to meet deadlines and team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with batch mixing, blending, filling, or process manufacturing.
• Experience operating and cleaning industrial production equipment.
• Familiarity with changeover and equipment-setup procedures.
• Basic math skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform mixer, vessel, and tooling clean-up.
• Support batch mixing and production changeovers.
• Install, clean, track, and replenish production tooling.
• Retrieve, filter, transfer, and store production solvents.
• Complete next-job setups and production checklists.
• Maintain accurate daily records and performance tracking.
• Follow established safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
• Work efficiently within production deadlines and team goals.
