Axalta in Orrville, OH is seeking a Batch Maker to produce coating products by following batch formulas, handling raw materials, and operating production equipment. The role requires attention to safety, quality, and documentation while working in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM shifts with occasional Friday shifts, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months and 6 months, and a starting pay around $24.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Background check and physical examination required.
• Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs and wear PPE.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities
