Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a reliable 1st shift production associate to package and prepare liquid adhesives for shipment in Columbus, Ohio. You will follow production schedules, inspect equipment, label finished products, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in a related field
• Current forklift certification training
• Valid state driver’s license, with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products as scheduled and on time.
• Follow daily production schedule and operate equipment safely.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; report issues promptly.
• Label finished products and ensure accuracy with batch tickets.
• Assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow housekeeping standards.
