DAP is a market leading manufacturer of home repair and construction products. We are seeking a hands-on batch operator in Tipp City, OH to combine raw materials, prepare batches to specifications and support the packaging lines.

As you train in tank cleaning, follow safety procedures and collaborate with quality control. The role emphasizes quick thinking, effective communication, and clean working habits; you will transport materials, maintain housekeeping and grow with our pension and tuition

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain positive and focused under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare batches by combining raw materials according to specifications.
• Train in tank cleaning as part of role for new compounders.
• Follow batch procedures and safety rules.
• Transport materials and finished tanks to designated areas.
• Maintain housekeeping and collaborate with quality control.
