Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Combine raw materials to complete batch specifications for finished product ready for packaging.
• New compounds receive training for tank cleaning responsibilities.
• Follow batch making procedures and best practices for consistency.
• Adhere to plant and department safety procedures, including bonding and LOTO.
• Move raw materials from warehouse to workstation and transport finished tanks to staging areas.
• Use hoist for heavy lifting of raw materials.
• Coordinate with quality control on batch adjustments and communication.
• Continuously increase knowledge by consulting supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean work area.
