Qualifications

• Familiarity with Texas land use regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master utility and facility sheet.
• Develop and manage the master site plan for growth.
• Drive land planning and usage strategies for campus expansion.
• Build relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
• Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals.
• Lead utility expansions from planning through implementation.
