Job summary

SpaceX Bastrop Campus Planning Manager is a strategic role owning long-term infrastructure planning as the Bastrop site scales production. You will guide master planning, utility expansions, and campus development while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The position requires strong project management, regulatory navigation, and exceptional communication in a fast-growth aerospace environment. Occasional travel and extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning.
• 5+ years of site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master utility and facility sheet, coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the master site plan years ahead to address growth.
• Drive high-level land planning and usage strategies for campus expansion.
• Build relationships with local government officials, landowners, and key partners.
• Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, and site leadership to align priorities.
• Lead utility expansions from planning through implementation, on time and on budget.
