Job summary

SpaceX Bastrop site seeks an experienced Bastrop Campus Planning Manager to own strategic site planning and growth for the expanding Bastrop campus. You will lead long-term infrastructure strategy as we scale production facilities and operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to manage large-scale programs with regulatory navigation. Travel up to 10% and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning.
• 5+ years of site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own master utility and facility planning sheets and site master plan.
• Coordinate with government officials, landowners, and partners.
• Lead and manage long-term infrastructure expansion projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
