Responsibilities

• Own and maintain master utility and facility sheet with inputs from stakeholders.
• Develop and manage master site plan forecasting multi-year growth.
• Lead high-level land planning and campus expansion strategies.
• Build relationships with local officials, landowners, and partners.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs to expedite approvals.
• Coordinate with construction, operations, and site leadership teams.
• Lead and manage utility expansions from planning to delivery.
