Job summary

SpaceX Bastrop campus seeks an experienced Campus Planning Manager to own strategic site planning and growth for the Bastrop campus. You will lead long-term infrastructure strategy as production operations scale.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and a track record in large-scale programs, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to accelerate campus development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning is required.
• Proven track record in long-term planning and stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Experience with regulatory navigation and large-scale campus development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master utility and facility sheet.
• Develop and manage the master site plan forecasting years ahead.
• Drive land planning and usage strategies for campus expansion.
• Build relationships with local government, landowners, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, and site leadership on priorities.
• Lead and manage utility expansions from planning to execution.
