Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience as a performer in jazz or related styles on both electric and upright bass.
• Experience teaching bass lessons one-on-one, preferably at the collegiate level.
• Professional performance experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Teach bass lessons to students, focusing on technique and performance skills.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student.
