Weber State University is seeking a Basic Needs Center Specialist I to support students on the Ogden campus. You will schedule Financial Literacy/FAFSA help appointments, answer phones, and help navigate basic needs and campus resources.
In this hourly role, you will also assist the leadership team with projects and events, contributing to a welcoming, student-centered environment. Prior experience in customer service is valued and Microsoft Office proficiency is required.

Employee will provide help to students visiting the Student Support & Resource center including scheduling appointments for Financial Literacy / FAFSA Help, answering phones, navigation of basic needs and campus resources, and supporting the leadership team with projects and events.
