You will assist with practice schedules, game rosters, and player positions, coaching baseball and tracking performance throughout the season. The position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a commitment to high school

Qualifications

• To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• - Demonstrated knowledge of baseball, sports training, conditioning, injury prevention, kinesiology, management, and the rules of the Idaho High School Activities Association Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Attend tryouts, practice meetings, and supervise students during related events.
• Assist with organizing practice schedules and game rosters.
• Assist with assigning positions and developing strategies and styles of play.
• Coach baseball and develop players' skills.
• Ensure student safety and equipment security; ensure safety equipment is used correctly.
• Assist with transportation, scheduling, and coordinating officials for competitions.
• Maintain attendance and records as required by administration.
• Represent the school district in a positive manner.
