Job summary

The Louisville Bats, a Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, seek an Account Executive to join the dynamic Ticket Sales Team at Louisville Slugger Field. This role focuses on growing the organization's baseball business and delivering exceptional customer service to fans and clients.

You will be responsible for prospecting, renewals, and collaborating with sales and marketing to create compelling programs that drive fan engagement and revenue across group, hospitality, and season ticket

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using tickets.com
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
• Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums
• Contribute to overall operation by “answering the call” when assistance is needed in another area of our operation
