Job summary

The South Bend Cubs offer a 10-month junior account executive internship in South Bend, starting November 9, 2026 and ending after the 2027 season. You will gain hands-on sales experience by selling individual and group tickets and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will work with the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales on daily operations, strive to meet weekly and monthly sales goals, support game-day staff, and help maintain the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Interest in Minor League baseball, ticket sales or sports management.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Energetic and dedicated team player.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sell group and package tickets.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Manage youth programs like Caresource Camp Day.
• Assist running Will Call/Ticket Sales windows.
• Support game-day staff and guest services during events.
